1. Scope of Engagement
These Terms of Service govern all software engineering, system architecture, cloud deployments, and maintenance services provided by Amdvex Developers (“Amdvex”) to clients worldwide. By commissioning a project or signing a Statement of Work (SOW), you agree to these terms.
2. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon receipt of milestone payments as defined in the project agreement, full intellectual property rights, source code, designs, and database schemas are transferred completely to the client. Amdvex Developers retains zero claims on client proprietary technology.
3. Delivery & Warranty
Amdvex delivers projects against defined milestones. We provide a complimentary 30-day bugfix warranty following final delivery to resolve any regressions or discrepancies against the agreed architectural specifications.
4. Client Cooperation & Assets
Timely delivery relies on timely feedback and access to necessary third-party APIs, staging keys, or asset approvals. Amdvex is not liable for schedule delays caused by external third-party outages or withheld approvals.
